Ingredients
200g all purpose flour
120ml plain yogurt
80g butter
25g liquid sweetener (or alternatively 50g plain sugar)
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
Preparation
- Sift the flour into a bowl, add the salt, liquid sweetener (or sugar) and baking powder, and mix well with a hand whisk.
- Now add the butter and the yogurt, then knead with your hands until you get a smooth and soft dough, wrap it in transparent film and let it rest in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- After this time, place the dough on a lightly floured work surface, roll out with a rolling pin to a thickness of 4 millimeters, remove the edge and cut into strips with a rolling pin.
- Finally, cover a baking sheet with grease-proof paper, place the biscuits in it and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes, at the end sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
