Ingredients.
- 200 grams ground turkey
- 2 stalks of lemongrass
- 1 tsp turmeric freshly grated
- 1 tablespoon coriander
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp. lime juice
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
- Pepper
Preparation:
- Cut the lemongrass and halve it
- Then chop the garlic and the chili peppers
- Then mix the ground turkey, egg, turmeric, coriander, lime juice, garlic and pepper and olive oil and chili.
- Then form balls from the mixture
- Now alternately skewer the minced meat balls and lemongrass on a wooden or metal skewer.
- Arrange on plates and serve with salad.
