Tuna stuffed peppers recipe: made this way it is yummy!

3 small peppers (red and yellow)
250-300 gr of natural tuna
40 g grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons capers
A few crumbled taralli
A few tablespoons of breadcrumbs
Just enough chopped chives (optional)

- First cut the peppers in half, clean them by removing the seeds and inner filaments and then wash them under running water.
- Now put the tuna in a bowl, add the capers, the crumbled taralli, the grated Parmesan, the oregano, the oil, the chopped chives, mix with a spoon and season with a little salt.
- Fill the peppers with the filling, place them in a baking dish lined with baking paper, sprinkle with a handful of breadcrumbs and drizzle with a little oil.
- Finally, bake them in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes. After baking, let them cool and all you have to do is serve them.
