Transform your abs with this 2-week challenge

If you want to effectively lose fat that has accumulated in your belly, this two-week challenge is what you need. Remember to accompany it with a healthy diet and 15 minutes of cardio daily.

1. Start by doing 3 sets of 10 repetitions each of V Crunch for 3 first days.

2. You will perform 4 sets of 15 repetitions each of Runner crunch on the fourth, fifth and sixth day.

3. For the seventh, eighth and ninth day, your sets will be 5 sets of 20 reps each of Reverse crunch.

4. Day ten, eleven and twelve you will increase your sets to 6 sets of 25 repetitions each of Diamond sit up.


5. For the last 3 days your series will be 6 but of 30 repetitions each of Bicycle crunch.

Remember to sleep 8 hours a day, eat healthy and drink plenty of water.
