susana spears was raised in Prague. She has been an active individual since she was young. As a child she loved playing sports. She played gymnastics, danced and ran track. She credits these sports for teaching her discipline, focus and how to be part of a team.
Susana also faced some adversity growing up. If she wasn’t enjoying sports she was dodging them. Through these experiences Susana became very strong-willed which has helped her in her fitness career.

She went to school for exercise science, nutrition, and kinesiology so she could have the proper knowledge and tools to help as many people as she could.
