I don’t put flour, butter, eggs and milk: I prepare these biscuits with just 3 ingredients | Only 50 calories!

Oatmeal and banana cookies are great for breakfast, a snack or an after-meal snack. No one will be able to resist them and, for sure, they are the yummiest alternative you can find to classic packaged products, which contain far too much sugar, fat and preservatives.

In fact, children will love them but adults will not be outdone either, so much so that after tasting them no one will easily forget them. Thus, there is a very high chance that they will become the favorite snack of the whole family. Then as they do not contain flour, sugar, oil and yeast they prove to be decidedly low-calorie and diet-friendly, thus allowing those who want to keep fit to commit, without too much trouble, a sweet tooth sin.

It is also extremely easy and quick to prepare them, think that it takes only 5 minutes and the use of 3 ingredients, which can be found without going crazy in any supermarket.
