Ingredients
160 g of flour
100ml of milk
70 ml of sunflower oil + a little for the mould
2 eggs
50 g of stevia sweetener (or alternatively 100 g of normal sugar)
10 gr of baking powder
7 g of vanilla sugar
Just enough icing sugar
Preparation
- To start, beat the eggs in a bowl, add the stevia (or sugar) and beat well with an electric mixer.
- Now add the oil and milk, mix with a hand whisk, sift and add the flour mixed with the baking powder and vanilla sugar, mix until you get a mixture with a smooth and homogeneous consistency.
- Now line a 20cm round baking tin with special paper, grease it, pour in the dough and tap the tin lightly on the table so that everything settles well.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30-35 minutes; remove the cake from the pan and sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
