Milk cake recipe, I make it for whole family!

Ingredients

70g cake flour
60ml milk
25g powdered sweetener (or alternatively 50g plain sugar)
20 ml seed oil
2 eggs, beaten
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon lemon juice
⅕ teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Separate the egg whites from the yolks and add the salt, powdered sweetener (or sugar), oil and milk.
  2. Beat well with a hand whisk, sift and add the flour and baking powder (without passing it through a sieve), then mix to obtain a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
  3. Now add the lemon juice to the egg whites, beat with an electric whisk until stiff, add a little to the egg yolk mixture, mix with a hand whisk, then pour the egg yolks directly into the bowl of egg whites and mix gently from the bottom up.
  4. Once this is done, line a loaf pan of about 21×11 centimeters with special paper, pour the mixture and shake the pan slightly to distribute it well.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes, then remove the cake from the pan, cut the side with a knife (optional), then cut into slices and enjoy.
