500 ml of milk
200 gr of dark chocolate
35 gr of sweetener powder (or alternatively 70 gr of normal sugar)
7 gr of agar
- First pour the milk into a saucepan, add the sweetener powder (or sugar) and agar and mix properly with a hand whisk.
- Now turn on the heat and, stirring constantly, cook over medium heat, add the dark chocolate, then start mixing again until it boils.
- Now turn off the stove, transfer the cream obtained in a deep dish or in a glass dish (also from the shape you prefer) and move it gently to eliminate any air bubbles.
- Finally, place in the refrigerator for 3 hours to firm up, at the end, turn the dessert over on a tray or flat plate, cut into slices and enjoy.
