Ingredients

3 mandarins
500g 18% sour cream
15 g gelatin
100ml water
50g stevia sweetener (or alternatively 100g regular sugar)

Preparation

  1. First, place the sour cream in a bowl, add the stevia sweetener (or sugar) and mix with a spatula.
  2. Pour the gelatin into a bowl, add the water, mix, add a spoonful of sour cream, mix well, add the gelatin to the rest of the sour cream and mix.
  3. Now peel the mandarins, put them whole in the middle of a skewer, pour some of the sour cream mixture in a small plastic bottle, put the skewer on the mandarins and pour in the rest of the sour cream.
  4. Finally, put the bottle in the refrigerator for the necessary time to harden, then take it out, remove the plastic bottle and cut it with scissors, remove the toothpick from the mandarins and serve your dessert in slices.
