Ingredients

60 gr of cornstarch
30 gr stevia sweetener (or alternatively 60 gr regular or brown sugar)

Milk cream ingredients

500 ml milk
30 gr stevia sweetener (or alternatively 60 gr regular or brown sugar)
60 gr of cornstarch
7 gr of butter
1 packet of vanilla

Preparation

  1. First, take the oranges. After squeezing, strain the juice.
  2. Pour the stevia sweetener (or sugar) and cornstarch into a small saucepan.
  3. Pour the milk into a separate saucepan with the stevia sweetener (or sugar), cornstarch, and vanilla. Stir with a hand whisk and add to the orange juice mixture.
  4. Now, turn the heat on the stove to low, and as you continue to stir, allow the two mixtures to thicken so that they become two creams. Add the butter and stir it into the other ingredients before removing the pan of milk from the heat.
  5. Take a fritter pan and pour in a bit of the milk cream, then the orange cream and so on until you have finished.
  6. Finally, let it cool down a bit, then cover your dessert with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator, where you will have to let it set for about 2 to 3 hours.
  7. When finished, use a knife to scrape off the edges and place on a serving plate.
