This diet is done in order to lose weight or also to detoxify your body of those wastes that usually accumulate. It should not be done very often and always under the given recommendations.

Monday

The first day is for detoxification, so you should drink lemon juice diluted in water, several times a day. If you wish to add sweetness, you should opt for stevia and avoid all refined sugars.

At lunch and dinner, boiled vegetables such as chard, spinach, turnip greens, turnip greens, carrots and pumpkin should be eaten. Potatoes should be avoided.

Dinner: a portion of pumpkin pudding, a salad of lettuce and tomato. Two glasses of lemon juice diluted in water, and a cup of strawberries.

Tuesday

Breakfast: Tea with lemon sweetened with stevia.
Mid-morning/mid-afternoon: a grapefruit or orange.
Lunch: a large plate of salad prepared with carrot, tomato and watercress. Two glasses of lemon juice in water, and two slices of pineapple.
Dinner: a plate of brown rice with a boiled egg. Two glasses of lemon juice in water, and a pear.

Friday

Breakfast: Tea with lemon sweetened with stevia.
Mid-morning / mid-afternoon: a grapefruit or orange.
Lunch: 200 grams of veal, a salad of lettuce, tomato and cucumber. Two glasses of lemon juice diluted in water, and an apple.
Dinner: 200 grams of baked chicken without skin, spinach gratin with white sauce. Two glasses of lemon juice diluted in water, and two slices of melon.

Remember: Every day you can drink as many glasses of lemonade as you want, preferably 6 to 8 glasses.
