1- Baking soda
Baking soda mixed with lemon or salt is very effective in reinforcing your dental hygiene and maintaining the color of your teeth in perfect condition thanks to the properties of these ingredients. It is recommended to mix it with a little water, because its flavor can be strong.
In a bowl, mix one tablespoon of baking soda (10 grams) and one teaspoon of salt (five grams). Then, moisten the toothbrush in warm water and put it in the mixture to impregnate it. Brush as usual, especially in the areas where the most tartar accumulates on the teeth. Repeat up to twice a day for good results.
2- Banana peel
