Ingredients

7 kg of tomatoes
Just enough boiling water FOR STERILIZING

Preparation

  1. First, slice and blend some tomatoes; once you have a puree, transfer it to a pot, turn on the heat and bring it to a boil.
  2. Now, with the help of a ladle, scoop out the foam and let it boil for another 5 minutes, after which turn off the stove.
  3. Now prick the tomatoes with a fork, place them in a 2-liter glass jar, strictly clean and dry, then fill with the sauce you have obtained.
  4. Finally fill a pot with boiling water, lay your jars inside, close them, let them sterilize for 20 minutes, seal the lids to create a vacuum and store them in a cool, dry place. The tomatoes this way will keep for up to 2 years.
