8 exercises to tone your butt without doing squats

1- Lunges

25 lunges for each leg and 4 sets are all you need to do.

2- Lunges single leg lifts

You can add weight when you’re a little more advanced.

20 lunges for each leg and 4 sets are all you need to do.

3- Bridge

Having a nice perky butt is a good aesthetic goal, but developing gluteal strength is even better. And one well-established way to get those muscles going is the basic but effective bridge exercise, also known as glute bridge.

Hold for 10 seconds and 20 repetitions.

4- Single leg bridge

The single leg bridge is a great toning exercise for your abs and thighs and also helps lift and sculpt the glutes. This exercise strengthens the core and back muscles and helps stabilize the spine.

Perform 15 reps for each leg.

5- Jumping bridge

Always remember to warm up before exercising in this way to avoid injury.

6- Kickbacks

These can be done while standing or squatting, depending on you.

Perform 15 reps for each leg and 5 sets.

7- Side kicks

With this exercise you will work the upper muscle of your buttocks which will make them firmer and rounder.

Perform 15 reps for each leg and 5 sets.

8- Dead Weight

Remember to start with weights you can handle, never overdo it, start slowly. You can open or close your legs more. But this movement will help you work all the muscles in that area.

20 repetitions of 5 sets will help you achieve toned buttocks.
