1- Lunges
The great thing about this exercise is that it not only works your glutes, but your legs as well. Do 25 lunges for each leg and 4 sets are all you need.
2- Lunges single leg lifts
You can add weight when you’re a little more advanced. Do 20 lunges for each leg and 4 sets are all you need to do.
3- Bridge
Having a nice, firm butt is a good aesthetic goal, but developing glute strength is even better. And a proven way to get these muscles going is the basic but effective bridge exercise, also known as the glute bridge. Hold for 10 seconds and do 20 repetitions.

4- Single leg bridge
The single leg bridge is a great exercise for toning your abs and thighs, and also helps to lift and sculpt your glutes. This exercise strengthens the core and back muscles and helps stabilize the spine. Perform 15 repetitions on each leg.
5- Jumping bridge
Always remember to warm up before doing this exercise to avoid injury. Perform 15 repetitions for each leg.

6- Kickbacks
These can be done standing or squatting, depending on your preference. Do 15 repetitions for each leg and 5 sets.
7- Side kicks
This exercise works the upper muscles of your buttocks, making them firmer and rounder. Do 15 repetitions for each leg and 3 sets.
8- Dead Weight
Remember to start with weights you can handle, never overdo it, start slowly. You can open or close your legs more. But this movement will help you work all the muscles in that area. 20 repetitions of 3 sets will help you achieve a toned glutes.
