3 Ripe Avocados
Juice of a lime

- Cut avocados in half. With a spoon, remove the flesh of the avocado and put it in a bowl;

150 g of zucchini
60 g of onion
80 g of leek
65 g goat cheese
2 tablespoons of olive oil

- Clean and peel leeks and onions;
- Cut leeks into slices and onions into small pieces;
- Put them in a pot with a pinch of salt to prevent them from releasing more water;
- When they are soft, add the zucchini;
- Cover all the ingredients with water and let them cook until they are all soft;
- Add the goat cheese and blend everything with a hand blender.

2 tablespoons of coconut oil
40 g cashew nuts
60 g of onion
1 clove of garlic
200 g chicken breast

- Cut the chicken into cubes, onion into julienne and garlic into slices;
- Fry the onion and garlic in a pan with the coconut oil for a few minutes;
- Add the chicken and, when this one takes color, incorporate cashews;
- Stir until the chicken is cooked.
4- Ketogenic diet recipes: Cinnamon Chicken
Preparation time: 45 minutes
Ingredients
175 g of chicken
30 g of butter
40 g orange juice
1 cinnamon stick

- Pr-heat the oven to 180ºC. Brush a dish with butter and put the chicken in it;
- Paint the chicken with a little butter, add salt and pepper and pour the liquid from the marinade over it;
- Let it cook for about twenty minutes until the chicken is tender and golden. To prevent it from drying out, gradually sprinkle the same juice over it.
5- Baked sardines recipe

200 g of sardines
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil

- Preheat the oven to 220ºC;
- Place a layer of coarse salt on the baking tray and place the sardines on top;
- Bake for 20 minutes (after 10 minutes turn the sardine to make it on both sides)
- Serve with a splash of olive oil on top.

Preparation time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
½ lime
40 g of avocado
20 g of spring onion
15 g Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons of sherry vinegar
60 g of tomato
150 g of salmon
Preparation
- Slice the salmon into small cubes of about 1 cm;
- Grate the peel of half a lime on the tuna and add a little salt and pepper;
- In a bowl prepare the vinaigrette with olive oil, sherry vinegar and mustard, and shake to emulsify well;
- Wash the tomato with water and cut it into cubes similar to salmon. Do the same with the avocado;
- Add the vinaigrette to the salmon and let it marinate for a few minutes;
Chop the chives and mix them with the tomato, avocado and salmon to serve.
