500 ml milk + 30 ml
30g stevia sweetener (or alternatively 60g regular sugar, erythritol or maltitol)
3 egg yolks
2 unsweetened cookies
1 lemon zest, sliced
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar


  1. First, pour 500 ml of milk into a saucepan, add the lemon zest and vanilla sugar, mix with a hand whisk, reduce the heat, stir constantly, simmer for 5 minutes and let cool.
  2. Place the egg yolks in a bowl, add the stevia sweetener (or sugar) and whisk well.
  3. Now mix the cornstarch with 30 ml of milk, then add it to the egg yolk mixture, mix well and add the flavored milk, filtering it through a sieve.
  4. Once this is done, pour the mixture obtained into a non-stick pan and cook for 3-4 minutes, mixing and taking care not to thicken the cream too much.
  5. Finally, place the biscuits on the bottom of the cups, cover with two ladles of cream and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour, at the end sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
