800 gr of milk
50 gr stevia sweetener (or alternatively 100 gr regular sugar)
20 gr cornstarch
10 gr vanilla sugar
3 egg yolks
1 grated lemon peel
Just enough cocoa powder


  1. First pour the milk into a saucepan, add the grated lemon peel and vanilla sugar, stir with a hand whisk, turn on the heat and without stopping stirring bring to a boil.
  2. Now place the egg yolks in a bowl, add the stevia sweetener (or sugar), beat with a hand whisk, incorporate the cornstarch and mix to obtain a smooth and creamy mixture.
  3. Now strain the milk by straining it through a colander, decant it into a clean saucepan, incorporate the egg yolks, stir with a hand whisk, turn on the stove and without stopping cook until thickened.
  4. Finally decant your cream into an oven dish, sprinkle with cocoa powder and place in the refrigerator to firm up for 1 hour, when done serve.
