35 g powdered sweetener (or alternatively 70 g sugar of your choice or erythritol)
1 sachet vanillin
- Pour the milk into a saucepan, add the sweetener (or sugar), vanillin and cornstarch.
- Mix well with a hand whisk to absorb the powder and prevent lumps from forming, then light the fire.
- Cook, stirring constantly with the whisk, until the mixture is sufficiently thick.
