Breaded baked broccoli recipe, I don’t use oil: delicious!

500 gr broccoli
100 gr flour
100 gr of breadcrumbs
50 gr grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove of garlic, minced
Enough basil powder
Ingredients needed for the sauce
2 full tablespoons of white yogurt
1 teaspoon of light mayonnaise
a drizzle of olive oil
Just enough fresh chopped parsley
Just enough salt
- First, peel the broccoli florets off the stem, cut them into smaller pieces, place them in a pot with salted water, turn on the stove, cover them with a lid and let them soften for 5 minutes.
- In the meantime place the flour in one dish, beat the eggs with salt and pepper in another, then pour the breadcrumbs into another dish and flavor with the minced garlic clove, salt, grated Parmesan and basil.
- Now drain the broccoli florets with a slotted spoon, let them cool, toss them in flour, egg and then breadcrumbs, after which lay them in a dripping pan lined with greased paper provided.
- Finally put them to bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 200°C, when done pour the yogurt, mayonnaise, salt, chopped fresh parsley and oil into a small bowl, stir to make a sauce and bring it to the table to accompany your broccoli.
