Ingredients
250g plain yoghurt
100-150 g frozen blackberries
1 tablespoon honey
Preparation
- Put the frozen blackberries in the blender jug, add the yogurt and honey and mix with a spoon.
- Now close the lid, activate the appliance and mix until you obtain a mixture with a nice creamy, soft and homogeneous consistency.
- Finally, place the mixture in a rectangular glass, flatten it, cover it with cling film, put it in the freezer to rest for 30 minutes, then pour the ice cream into cups and serve immediately.
