Ingredients
6 eggs
150 ml milk
Just enough salt
1 stick of butter for the baking dish
Preparation
- First, break the eggs in a bowl, add salt and beat them with a hand whisk to make them nice and smooth.
- Now add the milk, stir as needed, after which decant the mixture into a round baking dish previously buttered.
- Finally bake in a preheated oven until the omelet has puffed up and sufficiently browned at a temperature of 180°C (350°F). When finished, lay it on a plate, cut it into slices and serve it perhaps with a side of pan-cooked or boiled vegetables or a light salad.
