1- Smoothing horizontal forehead wrinkles

This exercise helps to remove wrinkles from the forehead, raise the eyebrows and make the facial expression more calm and sweet. The index fingers of both hands should be placed parallel to the eyebrows, but a few millimeter higher. Press the pads of your fingers firmly against your skin so that your eyebrows don’t rise.

Try to lift your eyebrows against the resistance of your fingers. When the tension is at its highest, freeze for 5 seconds. Now you can relax. Repeat 3 times.

2- Limiting vertical forehead wrinkles

This exercise works the muscle that helps to wrinkle your eyebrows. Place the fingers of your hands firmly on your forehead and brow. Spread your hands apart as if you were stretching the skin of your forehead. Then try to bring your eyebrows together as if you were frowning. Hold this position for 15-20 seconds. Note: There should be no wrinkles on your forehead at this point, if there are – pull the skin even tighter with your hands. Relax and repeat 3 times.

3- Eliminate bags and wrinkles under the eyes

A great way to lift the lower eyelids, remove crow’s feet and dark circles, and give a fresh look. Place your middle or index finger on the outer corners of your eyes, pinching the corners but not putting too much pressure on the skin. Now open your eyes wide and pinch your lower eyelid together. You should feel it contract.

Breathe calmly. At the moment of maximum tension, hold your breath for 15-20 seconds. Then relax. Repeat 3 times.

4- Oval face correction

This exercise helps to eliminate bulldog cheeks and a second chin, and strengthens the neck. Open your mouth and place your middle and index fingers behind your lower teeth. Try to close your mouth without pulling your jaw down with your fingers. Hold this tension for 15-20 seconds. Now you can relax. Do this exercise 3 times.

5- Strengthening the chin in the area under the lower lip

Another part of the face that gives away your age is the area between your lower lip and chin. This exercise will prevent fat deposits on the chin, sagging lips and the corners of the mouth. Place the index, middle and ring fingers of your hands directly under your lower lip.

Try to push the stationary fingers back with your lip. Hold this position for 30 seconds. Relax. Repeat this exercise twice.

6- Elimination of nasolabial folds

Place the pads of the index, middle and ring fingers of each hand on the gum under the upper lip and hold them together. Close your eyes. Open your mouth as wide as possible and make the sound ‘o’ out loud. Your upper lip should feel the tension. Do this for one minute. Do this exercise twice a day at first, then after a few weeks you can do it once a day.

7- Strengthens the entire eye area

Place your forefingers on your eyebrows, press down and flex your other fingers. Look down and to the left for 5 seconds, as far away as possible. Then gently raise your eyes without changing your gaze. The eye movement should be slow and take about 5 seconds. Then look left for 5 seconds, as far and as high as you can. Gently look to the right for 5 seconds, looking as high as you can.

Gently look down for 5 seconds without changing direction. Look to the right for 5 seconds, looking as far and as low as you can. Now you can close your eyes and relax for 5-10 seconds. Repeat this exercise 3 times.

8- Lift the corners of mouth

Finally, you can use this exercise to smooth out the nasolabial folds and lift up the lower corners of the lips. Place your index fingers in the corners of your mouth and press them gently against the skin. Try to overcome the resistance created by the fingers as if you were pushing up and lifting the corners of your mouth. Stay in the most intense place for 30 seconds. Now you can relax. Repeat the exercise twice.
