How to prepare tomato juice?
Like any other juice, tomato juice is very easy to prepare and you can enjoy it fresh at any time of your diet, specially during recommended meals.
Ingredients:
2 fresh tomatoes.
½ lemon with peel.
2 glasses of water.
Preparation:
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Strain and serve immediately
- If desired, it can also be blended with half a carrot to give it a more special flavor.
- We recommend to drink it immediately to avoid oxidation of vitamins.
TOMATO SOUP
Ingredients
Tomato: 250 gr
Onion: 25 gr
Basil leaves
Garlic clove: ½ unit
Bread from the day before: 50 gr
Olive oil: 1 small teaspoon (coffee type)
Pepper to taste
Preparation
Blanch the tomatoes
Remove the skin and cut them into 4 pieces.
Remove the seeds
Grate the tomatoes
Wash and dry the basil
Coarsely chop the onion
Cook the onion in a frying pan with the garlic
Remove the garlic
Add the tomato puree to the onion and cook over low heat.
Season with the pepper and basil and blend the mixture.
Cut the bread into cubes and toast it.
Serve the soup with the bread cubes.
Tips:
Remember to follow this diet for only 3 days without overdoing it. Once you finish it, you will have to continue a very healthy eating plan to maintain a balanced weight and not gain back the kilos that were lost with this diet.
