5 Moves That Can Seriously Lift Your Butt

1- Exercise 1 (hips and butt)

Stand on all fours. Your back should be straight. Raise your bent leg to hip height. Then lift your straight right leg while turning your head slightly to the right. Then bend your knee and repeat 15 times. Switch legs.

2- Tree pose (hips and butt)

Stand upright with feet together. Bend your right knee and move it slightly to the side. Your right arm should be out to the side and your left arm up. Maintaining your arm position, lean forward slightly and straighten your leg so that your arm and leg form a line. Return to starting position and repeat 15 times. Then switch legs.

In standing position, bend knees slightly. Your feet should be together. Place hands on left knee. Lift your right leg without lifting your toe off the ground. Straighten your right leg to the side without changing your body position. Return to starting position. Repeat 10 times. Then switch legs.

Stand with heels together and feet at a 45-degree angle. Place hands on hips. Bend your knees slightly, then rise on your toes so that your heels are off the floor. Hold for five seconds. Return to starting position. Repeat 15 times.

5- Diamond (butt and inner thigh)

Lie on your back. Lift your straight legs. Your heels should be together. Your feet should be at a 45 degree angle. Bend your knees by bringing your feet together. Then try to spread your legs as wide as possible. Do 15 repetitions.
