1- Reverse Lunges

This exercise helps lift the glutes and quadriceps muscles. Stand up straight with your feet shoulder width apart. Take 2-2.5 kg dumbbells in each hand. With your right foot, start doing a backward lunge, bending your knees 90 degrees at the same time. Hold down for a while, then return to the starting position. Complete 12-15 repetitions.

2- Dumbbells deadlift

This exercise helps tighten the glutes muscles and biceps. Stand up straight with your feet shoulder width apart. Take one dumbbell in each hand. Bend your knees slightly and slowly bend forward, leaving your buttocks behind you (imagine that you are sitting on a chair), with your knees slightly bent. Tense the glutes muscles and return to the starting position. Perform 8-10 repetitions.

3- Squats

Squats not only help get rid of cellulite. They also firm the buttocks muscles and make them more refined. To increase the load and effectiveness of the exercise, do squats with dumbbells. Stand straight, feet shoulder width apart, back straight. Start bending your knees, taking the position as if you were sitting on a chair. Knees should not go beyond the level of the toes: their angle should be equal to 90 degrees. Return to the starting position and do 8-15 repetitions.


4- Burpees

We have written earlier about what a burpee is and how to perform it. It is one of the most effective dynamic exercises, which helps not only to get rid of cellulite, but also to work all muscle groups. Do 15 repetitions of this exercise, then rest for 30 seconds and start the first exercise (in total you should do 3 sets of each exercise).
